Vendor Space- $75

Vendor Guidelines

  • Vendor spaces are 15’ x 15’.  We do NOT provide tents, tables, electrical power, or water.

  • Payment, must be received in full before the event

  • Set up begins at 10:00 AM and all vehicles must be unloaded and set up by 11:00 AM for the event to begin.

  • Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any vendor requiring more than a 15' x 15' space can purchase an additional space if available. The deadline for registration is July 22, 2018.

  • You may not sublet/share your space to/with another business or organization.

  • Legends motorcycles will have the right to relocate vendors if needed to conduct business.

  • You may bring your own tent but it MUST be weighted NOT staked.  All vendors and vendor products must stay within the assigned area – product cannot extend into the aisle and vendor may not walk aisle to sell.

  • Refunds WILL NOT be issued if the event is cancelled due to dangerous, severe weather conditions or any other reason. If the event is cancelled, you will receive a credit of 50% of your payment towards Ride to Zero 2019.




Non-Profit Vendor Guidelines

  • Must adhere to the Vendor Participation Guidelines above.

  • Must be recognized by the State of Utah and have a Federal Non-Profit Tax ID.

      * Rate for non-profits is $25.00.

  • As this is a fundraiser, donations may not be solicited on the day of the event.




Clean Up

  • Each vendor is responsible for clean-up of their assigned space.

  • Tear down will not begin before 2:00 pm and must start no later than 2:30 pm
