About the event
Lodging packages includes annual ride and two nights lodging for up to six guests (Exception: Yurts hold two people max). Also includes welcome meet-and-greet dinner on Friday night, and a farewell breakfast on Sunday morning.

Cancellations before August 22 receive refund minus $25 cancellation fee. No refunds starting August 22, though reservations can be transferred--contact us for assistance.
